The meeting chairman, Vice President Zha, announced << The Decision to Award Advanced Collectives and Individuals of 2012>>, and <<Reporting of Photo Contest>>. The company leaders encouraged the honored staffs and contest winners to repeat the success, while they awarded Medals，bonus，and certificates to them.
At the meeting, every department manager reported on the respective experiences of success or failure, and also focused on describing of the planning and goals in 2013. Everyone felt the managers’ spirit and passion, and would face 2013 with greater power.
At the end of meeting, President Song made a summary of the performance in 2012. He appreciated all staffs’ hard works firstly, and said that their effects lead the company to be stable, profitable, and well – organized. He also fully affirmed the three important viewpoints of “Innovation”, “Deep”, and “Realistic”, that the annual reporting referred to. He believed all employees would make profits by hands in the new year, although there are various problems among the company, for example unbalanced growth, low profitability, weakness anti-risk capability, and absence of business culture. In his opinion, all the marketing departments should strive toward a firm direction with non-stopping efforts. Furthermore, he wished all the functional departments could pay attentions on the building of management system, the improvement of management capability, the perfection of corporate culture, and the demands of employees.
